How many apps can you install with AltStore if you already have some installed? There's a limit of three active apps per account. To add more, you need to sign up for a free account.
You'll need to use your Apple ID and download the app again. You can also self-sign using a computer. The AltStore app can be used for a maximum of three applications at a time.
